Our aluminum louvers are created through a metal forming process (not through a metal extrusion process), which gives us the flexibility required to manufacture a unique louver product that fits the requirements of each customer’s application.

5. CNC precision shearing up to 12 ft. in 3/8" aluminum

6. 12' press brakes up to 350 tons with CNC back gauging

7. Rolling up to 1/4" x 8' long

Industry Leading Packaging - Nobody wins when building materials arrive at a jobsite damaged. That’s why every goods we ship is individually shrink-wrapped to keep the finish scratch-free and dust-free. We also 

use unique corner guards to protect against damage.

Step 1. Protective tape protects frames from scratches;

Step 2. Keep goods fixed on wood pallets;

Step 3. Tie up windows or doors on the wood pallets with plastic belts;

Step 4. PE films to keep away from sea water;

Step 5. Fill in the space between each two pallets by air bags;

Step 6. Tie up pallets in container with plastic belts.
